Will the Test Certificate meet EN10204 3.1/3.2?
We will provide Original Mill Test Certificate certified to EN10204 3.1/3.2 for products in stock or further processing needed.
Once the products received by customer were found not comply with the products or contract demands, what will you do?
We will compensate the customer for all the loss without any hesitation.
How long is your delivery time?
Generally it is 2-5 days if the goods are in stock or it will need 7-20 days if the goods need to be customized.
Do you provide samples Is it free or extra?
Yes, we could offer free samples.
What is your terms of payment?
20% Prepayment and balance see B/L copy or 100%LC at sight.
